Canadian Choice

We had three replacement doors put in two of the doors were exactly what we ordered but the third one was not. It was to be a three frosted pane door instead we got a single top frosted pane door. The doorframe was already removed and the door put up and we noticed it wasnt the door we ordered. We called the company about the error and we were told they had to investigate where the error in communication went wrong on our order. Its been two weeks and we havent heard from them and they have our money. Until they get back to us on what they will do, we are giving them a 1 rating.

Review Update: Jay responded to our inquiry and the company has came through and will replace the incorrect door they installed with the one we actually ordered. Another update to follow after installation of the replacement door. Thank you, Jay.
