Super job got my furnace up and running fast. The best part thought was that Mark Lewis the tech told me that my furnace was in good shape for a 16 year old unit, while 2 other companies (who were also recommended by Home Advisers) told me that I had to replace my furnace; one of which said that he will not make any repair because there was far too many problems and the unit was too old.. Too many un-profesional in this field. Will be using and recommending to all my friends Cambridge Heating & Cooling!!!

Sunday night my furnace got broke down and I had no heat in my house, so I tried to reach my heating company who installed furnace at my place, he were not available to come at my house as I didn’t had warranty on my system, so I went online found a company by the name of Cambridge that was too near my house and it was written to 24/7 services so contacted them and their technician came at my house after half an hour, he checked mu system and found out that the heat exchanger has been broken he recommended me to replace the system as it would be expensive to replace the part but he said it is up to you should I repair it or replace he also gave me prices for a new System, I got the prices and it looked a bit good for me, so I told him that I would let him know by morning at 9 o’clock I called him and told that I have decided to replace my system I asked him when can you do it, he mentioned it can be done by today, as the furnace is available he just needs to check for the material so in half an hour he contact me back and told that he can make it by today and they would be coming by noon at my place the system, the installer was very good person he had an assistant as well they were not in rush to do the job he were very calmly doing their work and finished the job in about 4 hours & now furnace is working fine and I have gotten good services from them, and I would recommend every one as there would good service and fast too.

We got quick quotes from this company as compare to others, then decided to go with it, staff was very courteous and hardworking, got the job done in about one day and pretty satisfied.

One winter morning I woke up and smelled carbon mono oxide in my house my furnace was 25 years old so I shut my furnace down & started calling HVAC companies and got a lot of quotes to replace it but they were taking a week to do the installation than Cambridge gave me the quotes it wasn’t the cheapest quotes but they were the only one who agreed to do the installation in one day and in the same afternoon there installation team came at my house and they did a very good job which was beyond my expectation. I will surely recommend these guys to others.

I've had a problem with my Furnace which was put in way back in 2012, although we always get the Furnace service done every year this year we failed to do because we were on vacations. The night we got back home the furnace stopped giving heat somewhere around 9 PM, we called Cambridge heating for Furnace repair since they had done services for us although the tech was not doing job after 9 PM, considering it was an emergency Cambridge staff promptly arranged a tech which came at my house at 10:30 PM, although the tech charged me additional for emergency call that’s okay, the tech was skilled, courteous and did the job when no one else did. I recommend Cambridge Heat & Cooling to all especially when it’s about repair an emergency.

I had a number of companies come in a quote for a new furnace install Kevin showed up and took the time and explained what needed to happened .We had to cut threw drywall to expose old PVC black pipes and install New White ones he also send over a great 3 man crew that removed the old furnace and left for a period of time so I could install tiles in the old furnace spot that worked out great. the installers showed up later that day and did a fantastic and very clean job they were amazing and very polite. I just wanted to say thank you to Kevin and crew and to Cambridge for a wonderful experience.

From inside the house there is a loud buzzing noise heard when AC was running. A knowledgeable technician came to the house and was able to pinpoint the problem and fixed it. No more noise. Great Job!

We had a scheduled appointment Saturday and there was a bit of a confusion regarding scheduling, but in the end the AC was up and running. The company made an effort to call and apologize and explain what had happened. We are happy with the AC and service provided.
