I had several questions about HVAC issues in my early 90's two-story home. Kevin’s responded and based solely on my description, he provided me with the most likely solution to our problem. He also did his best to find someone who met Cambridge HVAC's criteria, since there were no contractors directly linked to their site in my area. Although we have not yet settled on a contractor to correct the problem, Kevin’s advice was very helpful in narrowing down a fix will cost us much less than some other recommendations. I highly recommend working with Kevin!

This company really provide good services. This is the first experience we have it from Cambridge Heating & Cooling. We were looking for Thermostat so they provided very very reasonable prices first i thought they might have bad quality but after seeing their installation & services we are very satisfied with this company. Terrible installed unit leaks and damaged my main washroom. System installed in attic without proper drain installed,half a job. Called for them to fix and no show several times. I have filed law suit in small claims court to collect for damages.

Mark to came to my place for cleaning of Central Air Con' he really did a good job as while performing refrigerant pressure he showed me status also gave other information why annual cleaning is necessary i really liked his work & attitude.

From moment sales guy came over Shahid, when he gave me a guarantee that the inspection and work will be done to my satisfaction I signed without hesitation. My case is unique as i had my second floor always freezing, so shahid sent Peter. He was very very professional and honest with me direct. Gave me answers to everything whether it was the answer I wanted to hear or not. But he told me and I was happier since I knew exactly what to expect, whether he needed to cut a wall or move something. They accommodated my request to come in no matter the time and on long weekend they came installed furnace, aircon, humidifier, fixed my intake issue I had. They cleaned after themselves, laid carpet and so forth to avoid damaging my hardwood. Even though i gave a small deposit. They did everything I asked and more. They even spotted so.e things that I would never have noticed and fixed it after showing me and telling me ..Peter, Dominique (sorry if I spelled his name worng) they did not leave till they walked me through everything. Peter did not take payment till I was happy. As well all of them told.me to call if I have any concern or questions. And I was given a follow up to ask if I am happy..I highly recommend them..I bought trane and so far it works amazing house is the warmest in long time ..price wise they are very reasonable comparing to others and I asked about 4 different vendors.

I hired guys from Cambridge Heating & Cooling for my duct cleaning. I am so happy with their work. They took time to remove the debris after my house renovation. Shahid Mehmood was a great salesman, very professional and knowledgeable. He made the entire process extremely simple and walked me through everything I needed regarding my new furnace and AC installation project. I signed up and they were on time for the installation date. Their work was top quality, very clean and professional. After the install, Mohammad and his crew ran me through everything I needed to know about the new furnace and AC. I would definitely recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

Great job on the furnace service. Removed a lot of crud, dust, and unclogged lines. Certainly extended the life of the furnace. Nick did a great job, being careful with great attention to detail. Will use again. Highly recommend.

What a GREAT experience with them.

Called them on a Friday night and they responded immediately with emergency space heaters.
By the next morning (Saturday) they were there installing a brand new furnace. AT A GREAT AFFORDABLE PRICE!!!!!

I've hired this company to install my new furnace. They came on time, finished all work within couple of hours with minimal noise and mess.
