C & R Paving Inc

We returned to C & R as they installed our original driveway and border 17 years ago... The entire project was re-designed and installed by C & R. A new asphalt driveway with an interlocking border, a new porch treatment with steps as well as blending the envirostone that was installed along the side yard was accomplished. This was all done to our total satisfaction. The project lasted 4 days.

C&R designed and built our new interlocking porch and driveway. Brian was very helpful with the design and colours of the interlocking stone. We had a couple of snags along the way; however, C&R were accommodating and resolved them as quickly as they could. We are very happy with the results.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP. SPENT AN ENTIRE YEAR TRYING TO GET THEM TO COME BACK AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY THEY WILL CORRECT PROBLEMS BUT WE HAVE TO PAY THEM MORE. STAY AWAY...

I had a new garage floor removed and replaced and a new asphalt driveway installed by one great paving company. His crew was on time and completed the work perfectly and was great to deal with. I can highly recommend this company for anyone continplating concrete and/or asphalt work.

I contracted with c&r paving last year,and was very impressed.Brian the owner re-designed my concept,with fantastic results.The job started and was completed promptly and the guys were very clean and pleasent to deal with.I would recommend this company to anyone.

The owner, Brian is a smooth talking sales person who is likable... at least until the contract is signed and the paving is completed. The job was done quickly and looked good. But within the first month we noticed major cracks and a very uneven surface. I've emailed Brian over the past year but have yet to hear back from anyone.

Our experience with C&R was not great. The workmanship was good and the speed with which the project was complete was fast (maybe too fast because what was missing for us was communication.) The expectation was that we were to receive certain things and then upon returning to look at the job, the result was different. I believe this was called "creative license" or something. Our 3 foot walkway turned into a 12 inch walkway, our patio doesn't fit the furniture we desired and our garden went from having one kind of tree to another. Anyhow, the job is done, it does look nice, but not like we imagined.

C & R were hired to do another driveway in neighbourhood and offered to do ours at a discount. Their quote was excellent when I compared it to other neighbourhood driveways that had been re-surfaced by other companies. For less than what my neighbour paid another company for his shorter and narrower driveway they excavated our 70 foot driveway and widened it one car width, laid stone and then returned in a timely fashion to lay the asphalt. They were professional but friendly and cleaned up after themselves leaving our property in excellent condition. The job they did was uncomparable. I would hire these contractors again if I needed asphalt work done.
