Beyond Marble & Granite was recommended by a friend of ours and we were not disappointed. The store manager and owner was extremely knowledgeable and took the required time to review all aspects of our needs. The installation and the service was 2nd to none. They followed up with courtesy calls after all was completed to ensure our needs were met and to ensure we had any further questions needed addressing. I would highly recommend Marble and Beyond to all my friends.

I came to the store to get granite counter top. Ordered it together with a sink which costs $200. The granite broke while we were carrying it (we are taking the responsibility for that) however, when I was going to return the sink they told me they don't take it back. Despite spending $1900 at their store, they don't treat customers with any respect, they just want to get their money and have nothing to do with you anymore. Very very very poor customer service. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated well.

Agostino and the team at Beyond Marble and Granite were amazing from the start of the process to the end. We visited Beyond Marble and Granites Vaughan location and Agostino was very helpful with accommodating all of our needs. Our new counter and sink was installed very quickly following our visit at the store and it turned out beautifully. Highly recommend Beyond Marble and Granite for anyone looking to give their kitchens the "wow" factor we all want when we come down for breakfast in the morning, entertain friends and family and more :)

I had accidently walked into BMG (Vaughan) originally browsing for granite slabs for my kitchen. As soon as I walked in, Agostino didn't hesitate to offer his help. He didn't know at the time, that I would have been a customer, yet he took the time to explain, offered suggestions, showed me some slabs he had and the work he had done. As I was leaving I knew that I would end up doing business there. I know customer service when I see it!
I went with black titanium for my kitchen counter and island and decided the next day to also do marble in my 2 bathrooms and purchased 2 sinks, all which he had in stock. The installers took the time to measure beforehand and did an excellent job at installation. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again for future renos abd upgrades. Thanks again to Agostino and your crew.

My kitchen countertops were provided by BMG and they did a beautiful job. The quartz looks rich and the edges are perfect. Done in a timely manner too. Extremely happy.

Carlo and his team are so easy to work with, they helped us pick a great counter top for our kitchen, and then delivered and installed ahead of schedule. Helped us sell our house in 2 days. Just awesome .Thanks

Great people, nice to deal with, they listen and offer good advice. We chose a quartzite slab with a light base and beautiful gray veins. One of the two surfaces was an extra long island (11.5 ft) so it was fabricated using two pieces, which were very well matched.
The installer (Mr Chan) was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. He had to come back after 2 weeks to deal with a small alignment problem we reported, which was easily fixed.
I would recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

Absolutely thrilled with my new countertop!! WOW - so nice to deal with such friendly and knowledgeable professionals! We live close to at least 50 different marble and granite places but I knew as soon as I walked in to Beyond Marble & Granite that I would end up doing business here. Carlo, Lucky and Agostino were helpful and took the time with me to explore all options for my counter top. I wanted the backsplash done in the same material for a clean streamlined look, and the final product we choose (Ceasarstone Statuario Maximus) was perfect. Mr. Chan's initial measurements were precise and the installation went smoothly. Start to finish this was an excellent experience, at a very fair and reasonable price. For a project this size, word of mouth and reviews mean everything to me - I would highly recommend this company

BMG is a retailer for Caesarstone products. Upon contact with the company, they provided me with a verbal quote, which after measuring and installing, their quote was within the ballpark of their original verbal quote. The order took no more than two weeks from point of measuring to install. The installation team was prompt with their time, the installers were professional, courteous & kept the worksite clean. I would highly recommend BMG for your Caesarstone products, as their prices were very competitive and the service was outstanding.

They made several suggestions and showed us lots of samples. We left them with several ideas but needed to think about what we learned. They told us to take our time and return when we were ready. We make our choice and Agostino sent Chan to measure a few days later. We were impressed with Chan as he made some suggestions that worked out perfect for us. After Chan installed our beautiful countertop we were very happy with our choice and the whole experience from BMG. We would recommend them to anyone.
