Allure Window Decor went above & beyond in making my shutter selection and purchase a very positive experience - from start to finish. Ryan & Jenn provided excellent customer service and Jamie & DJ were amazing doing the installation. Can't thank Ryan enough for providing me with many options, different price points, and products samples to review, as well as taking time to answer my many questions. The attention to every detail by the full team at Allure was excellent. Have had my shutters for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be happier - very high quality product with so many light and air control options in each room. This is one happy customer who highly recommends Allure!!

As I have worked with Ryan on other multiple locations it was an easy decision.
Very responsive, nice calling and someone answers the phone and when you ask for a return call you get it asap.
I was very happy with the price.
As for the installation and dealing with Covid-19, I got the installation date I wanted.
His guys were fast and clean, pleasant and wore masks.
All round as usual, another good experience with Ryan.

Ryan is truly one of the most professional and friendly people I’ve dealt with. Despite being extremely busy he takes time to patiently explain options and processes so you feel confident in your choices. His follow up call and a post installation customer service is a testament to how much he cares about the products and your satisfaction. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

Ryan was very diligent in answering all my questions from the first interaction to which he came to my house to schedule an appointment all-through to installation of my new shades. Great service and highly recommend.

We were very nervous to spend money on blinds but Allure delivered and then some! Both Ryan and Sal visited the space several times to consult with us and they presented several options at different price points. They clearly outlined the pros and cons of the different solutions in amazing detail. They followed up quickly, the installers were on-tme, polite and were very neat. Professional service, great prices, very knowledgeable. We had a tiny issue with one motor that was quickly swapped out (not their fault, wasn't working out of the box). We appreciated the quick follow-up on that. We would highly recommend Allure Window Decor.

I knew when I called Allure (who’d been recommended to me by a friend) that I was in good hands when I met Ryan. He is very knowledgeable about his products and knew exactly what I was looking for. We had half of our home done with California shutters and they looked so good we called him within 12 months and had the other half done. The men who came to install the shutters were also so friendly and great at what they do. I highly recommend Allure for all your window coverings needs.
