Fantastic. Ben is always helpful. Always willing to help. Alan is very thorough in quoting. Installers don't speak English well but I communicated question, concerns and instructions via office. Pricing was very fair. Have recommended them already to lots of people. Actually working with them right now for my basement laminate! Kronotex rep said they were their biggest dealer too! The sales rep was very helpful and patience. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences and the pros and cons between different types of hard wood floors to us.
He was also able to give us a quote and detail cost breakdown with just our floor plan.
The finished work and the quality of the products are also very good.

A bit slow on the waiting time. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for them to come in to install the floor, and we had a tight schedule to move in to the house.
Good thing was the work was started and completed on-time, so no delays.

We picked a beautiful Canadian red oak floor in dark stain. Me and my wife both love the color and the patterns of the floor.
Everything was delivered and started on time.
We also replaced our carpet stair case into a wooden stair case for about $2000. The stair itself is beautiful, but now the older railing looks really aged when put against the newly finished stairs. So we might need to refinish our railing soon.

I brought the floor from them and installed it ourselves to save some money.

we asked advanced to install hardwood floors in 4 bedrooms. they helped us pick the wood and colour. the job was done in 1 day. nice job! we will definitely recommend anyone to hire Advanced when they need new flooring.

Very professional and helpful staffs. The guys there were much more honest and upfront to us than a few other places we've been to.

Prices were excellent and selections were good. Everything was started and completed on time as promised.

The installers started and stayed till quite late tho. Came in everyday at about 10, and work until after 7pm. I was hoping they could start and leave earlier, like 8-5pm.

Quite dirty during the installation, but the finished floor looks gorgeous!

Installed oak hardwood floor in our dinning room and family room. Good and hardworking installer. We were in a rush to move into the house, and they were willing to work late to finish off the work.
Price and service we got were very good as well, and we love the new floor.
We did find a few scratches after they left, but they were under the furniture so we didn't bother calling them back.

They also did the installation in our last house and we were very happy with it.
