Chris and Ricky were everything you'd expect from a professional home services company—plus more. First off, they were on time, knowledgable and friendly. They worked fast. And they're humane about animal removal. For example, they installed one-way doors that let critters leave your house but not get back in.

Now here's what really impressed me. Apparently, the roofers we used a few months back didn't do a good job. Ricky fixed their work. We had a bird's nest under our bedroom window. Chris dealt with that. While Chris was up there, he pulled down a bunch of ivy that we wanted removed. All the stuff I just mentioned didn't cost us a penny.

Of course, we'll need to wait a few weeks, to know if Chris and Ricky have truly solved our animal problem. (I'm confident they did.) But so far, I couldn't ask for anything more from A Animal Removal.

One day I saw a squirrel poking it's head out of the side of my house. I looked up A Animal Removal and had them come over. They quickly climbed up my steep third storey roof and found out where they were getting in and out. They also looked around for other openings and quickly found a second one. So they one of the entrances up sealed them up and put in a one way exit cage on the main entrance. The next day, I didn't hear the squirrels any more. Chris came back a couple of days later to take down the exit cage and patch up the remaining holes. I haven't heard a skitter or scratch since.

Chris came over and immediately identified the problem. A squirrel had found a way into the attic through the roof. Chris went up on the roof and put in a one way trap to ensure the safe removal of the animal and sprayed an odor so the squirrel would not return. It is not often in this business that you meet somebody as professional as Chris. He gave me advice on roof repairs and spent extra time with me to ensure I understood everything that he was doing. Thanks Chris!

Chris is reliable, fair and honest. My husband was traveling for work when we discovered we had a family of raccoons living in our front porch. After calling a variety of different pest control companies, Christ was the first to understand my problem and give me sound advice. He gave me a reasonable quote of $400. He was on time, cleaned up after his work, explained his process and was friendly and professional. The job took approx 90 min to 2 hours, he had to come back the next day to finish up the metal sheet and he replaced the damaged shingles by the raccoons at no extra charge. I was more than happy to pay $400 for the removal, $50 for the extra sheet metal and gave him a tip. Chris takes pride in his work and his reputation. I would highly recommend him.

Had a nice family of raccoons living in our attic, which was cute, but they chewed everything and made so much noise we couldn't sleep so decided to call A Animal Removal to have them taken out. Thankfully they came really quick and in no time at all got them out safely. Very friendly respectable people. I enjoyed our transaction.

Last spring we heard noise in the attic, A Animal came the next day and found a mother and baby racoon in the attic that had been nesting in our blown cellulose insulation. They located the entry point was through the flashing on the roof that the racoon had pulled off. They removed the mother first, then the baby, and placed the baby in an open box, wrapped in a t-shirt, and the mother came back later for the baby. The next day we found them out on our front balcony, so Chris came back and said, not to worry they would be permanently gone as it was too cold for them to stay there. They were right! The racoons never came back. Great company to work with, responsive, professional, and solved our problem permanently by repairing the roof flashing.

Chris is simply excellent - he has returned my call immediately, arrived exactly on time, swiftly diagnosed the problem, found the B&E point and installed a temporary one-way trap. (Now I have a couple of upset squirrels trying to get back in their condol). He will install a permanent solution in a couple of weeks in order to let animals (if any left) to leave the attic. This is definitely a professional whose card I will keep and gladly refer to him anybody in need.

I had Chris come out a few years ago when i had a family of Raccoons in my attic and it was the middle of a snowy winter and there was no way i was sticking my head up there to get rid of them.
He came out and found where they had come in from the roof vent.
He climbed up the roof and brought me down pictures to show me.
He then installed a one way door to let them out but not back in.
A few weeks later he came back to check that they were gone and repaired the roof and put metal grating around the vent to stop them coming back.
He was very pleasant to deal with and I would and have recommended him to everyone i know.
