A good story. Back in the late fall of 2019 I had job for six basement windows. I wanted a brick to brick installation to match everything else i had done with the first floor windows. The day of installation arrived and the guys showed up with replacement windows. The next day the installation manager, Victor (?), came by and after a brief conversation the issue was resolved.
They were back a couple months later and job done. I am very happy with the manner in which the issue was resolved, the installation itself, and the service from Victor and follow up by the firm to ensure I was satisfied with everything.
Everything was handled properly!
