Terrible. Door install November 2018 improper. Repair person took 3 weeks removed prehung door, drilled, chiseled still didn't close. Same rude repair person came out, told my wife he didn't remove the door, demanded coffee left a mess. 1 1/2 years later Brock's lockset not operating properly and no response from Brock. Install was late not compliant with rebate program and negative review to Google Brock responded that they were concerned and would do better. Don't believe Brock's response to negative reviews its a PR stunt.
