This is the third time using Brock for our window replacement. While we are satisfied with the windows installed, the crew who put them in did have to come back as the trim work was completely unacceptable and looked awful. They did come back and fixed the caulking and also fixed a crank that had broken within a couple of days of use.
We have always been pleased with Brock, and would consider using them again, but only if we had different installers. The installer who did our first set of windows did a fantastic job. The salesman for this job was lovely as well.
Also to note, we have a crank that needs repair and it is next to impossible to get ahold of their 'service after a year' department. After numerous calls and messages left on the answering machine as well as with the operator, no one has called us back.
