I had researched the dishwasher I wanted. I knew it already exactly what I wanted, just needed a place to buy it. I called Canadian Appliance and bought the dishwasher over the phone.
They set the date for installation. I paid for the third party org to implement it.
I then received an email from Canadian Appliance confirming the time it would be installed. Right after that they also sent a different email saying the timing was NOT confirmed.
I then received an email the same day from Canadian Appliance asking me to start confirming the month of my installation - this month, next month, or month after
I then recived an email from the third party installation company, arranged by Canadian Appliance, confirming the time of installation just like the first email from Canadian Appliance.
I shot my sales person 3 separate emails at that time asking what is going on, and whether the installation would happen or not. He completely ghosted me. Never heard back.
They also actually set up two different third party companies to install it. The one that finally did come broke their own timing and came at a compeltely different time and did a very sloppy job. I reached out to Canadian Appliance about this and got nothing.
I then received an unexpected 28 cent reimbursement email from Canadian Appliance. I have no idea why. I have asked twice, and still nothing.
So, choose them if you like being ghosted and don't mind not getting any support whatsoever after they take your money.
