Should have called Kampen first! Called them on the recommendation of Wolf Tech support after dealing with a horrible company. Fred arrived with part in hand and oven was fixed within 15 minutes. Awesome service!

The technician was professional and provided fast and reliable service. He came on time and was knowledgable and polite. He answerd all my questions and fixed my stove. It was under warranty so I didnt had to pay anything either.
