A Company That Values the Personal Touch

I am revising my review of Maid Near Me in light of the follow up I have received from the owner of the company. The owner took the time to call me personally to apologize for what happened, and I learned that there were some extenuating circumstances involved. I was offered an apology and a free cleaning to make up for my experience. This kind of customer service is something I truly value and appreciate.

Disappointing All Around

Port Moody

I was assured a deep clean by 3 girls for my 3000 sq ft home for an initial cost of $500. I agreed to this amount as I was promised a deep clean. The end result was certainly not a deep clean, the girls missed cleaning several areas, my home was left in disarray as cushions and furniture were moved and not put back and it was hard to tell what areas were cleaned and which area still needed cleaning. This was addressed by the person I dealt with over the phone and the cost was reduced due to my dissatisfaction. However, since then the girls did not show up when scheduled, and the person I dealt with never returned by calls. I have not heard from them since, so I emailed to cancel any future bookings. I would not use this company.
