I Would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Customer service, namely Fernando, was terrible to say the least. They were to start work a month and a half after we agreed on pricing and signed the contract. They said they would call to confirm the start date 2 weeks before last day in July. We had to call them 5 days before the end of the month. They proceeded to say that they were behind by 2 weeks. They said they would call back 3 days before the start date of the work. Again, no call. This pattern repeated all of July and August. We asked for a refund on deposit and they denied us saying they “promised to have the work completed before our vacation September 15. We gave them yet another chance. They started the work finally, but left a mess when they were done. Cigarette butts all over my yard. Garbage thrown in my garden. The only reason I even gave them 2 stars is because the end product is decent. It’s far from perfect, as they never returned, as promised, to seal the cement. It is extremely slippery when wet and my wife and kids fell multiple times so I had to research and seal it myself. I would Highly recommend spending your money with a company other than Bestway.
