Shawn is knowledgeable and responsive, we had some communication issues but we agreed on a solution and fixed the issue at his own expense. I would use him again. We are happy with the final outcome.

At JNJ Water we pride ourselves on First rate customer service. We are extremely disappointed that you are not happy with our services.

The recommendation for a 2 tank system is based on what is most economical for the customer and overall longevity of the systems themselves. A 2 tank System however is more work and contrary to your comments a better price for what you would be receiving.
You were "extremely pleased" at the completion of the install, and our follow-up call 2 days later giving us an initial 10/10 review on Homestars. (posted below.)

As you know we have made several attempts to reach out to you to make the changes you have now requested for your system.
We would like to work with you on resolving this matter as quickly as possible.

Shawn initially seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We were concerned that he was located in Guelph but he said he services Toronto all the time and it would not be a problem. He was aggressive in pushing us to buy a 2 tank system when we asked for a 1 tank (later learned it was because he only had the 2 tank system in stock and it was cheaper/easier for him). When he arrived it was clear we needed a 1 tank system so he had to come back the next weekend. After the install we learned from our doctor that our daughter cannot consume the extra sodium in the water. So we asked him to come back and re-route and re-program the device (a quick job that we offered to pay for). He became hostile and refused to commit to dates and has left us high and dry. We now need to find another player to complete and correct his work. We understand we changed our request but we are very disappointing he has been so hostile and evasive as he promised follow up service (even from Guelph) would be good.

Shawn is very Knowledgeable and it was an easy and quick install and he has great pride in his work and the products he uses. His pricing was very competitive and we would use him again anytime.
