Bestway Concrete Contractors

Had work done by Bestway last summer 2018. The finished work seems as though the job had been done many years and had gone through many winters. Very rough job. Upon giving final payment I was promised by Fernando that he could ensure that someone would come by to repair the job. I am still waiting. Called several times but still no one has come to fix the job not well done. Fernando is very good in answering the phone calls but does not ensure that unfinished job is done once payment has been made. I am still awaiting someone who is experienced to come and repair the job that was not done properly.

I would like to indicate that the company response is incorrect except for the fact that Fernando did came by to look at my complaint on more than one occasions. Last week however, Bestway was able to come by to do some other job that lets me feel that I have now been compensated. I give thumbs up to Fernando because he does not shy away from answering the phone.
