Thank-you Sean and Staff for helping Hal and I get over a big hurdle with making decisions with our new home. When you showed us your home Sean and Mercedes, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the workmanship . The attention to detail and to our project has made the next step a little easier, and we are grateful even though we need a lot of hand holding. We apologize for the rough start.

Our Experience with Memar was not so good. We purchased a house to tear down and build. By looking at the reviews, we thought they would be great. Who writes these reviews? Anyway, needed to go to committee with drawings and it was a disaster. Sean was late to submit, had to wait till Dec for meeting. We wanted to go to speak, and were told it was going to be deferred, and it was not. We lost our money there and a chance to speak. Sean is never available to speak to you. We had many meetings and finally had enough and pulled the project. They will take your money and then leave you high and dry. We are placing a complaint with Better Business Bureau, as we feel there is something not quite right with what they are doing. Junior designers will Cadd your plans. Its all a factory. No personal service and no architect.
