Usually I don't trust reviews (and I don't write them) but I have to admit that Reynolds Brothers' Homestars reviews helped us in our choice.
Neil called back within a day, came to see us, gave us a prompt quote, and discouraged wasting our money on a quick-fix repair before spring.
We were very glad to be doing business with a local company - Neil lives several streets away from us.
Basically we needed all of the original eaves from 1992 replaced. The quote was reasonable, and the installation went quickly. It all looks really great!
All we did was a quick runaround with the installers on the day-of, to discuss where downspouts should go (we shifted 3 of them, added removeable downspout extensions, and added a 4th downspout to comply with code).
It's nice to see conscientious workers (thanks Josh and partner), and a company that shows up and does what they say they will, within their quote. There's lots of companies that don't do this!
No more worries about water between the eaves and the soffit, and no more ponding/pooling at the foundation. Neil explained it all, and why the product they install is better than the original.
Great company! Too bad our eavestroughs will likely outlive us, otherwise we would definitely be back for more.
