I chose this company because of its high rating with the BBB and the fact that it has been around for 50+ years. We had a bit of a rough start, but they made up for it. The correct furnace was installed by Dave and Corey and they were great! The job was done very neatly and there was no mess, no fuss. I would definitely recommend this company.
Furnace
I got a few estimates for a new furnace, decided on a model and phoned and booked a week ahead and instead of bringing the mid-priced furnace I ordered, they seemed to think I wanted a top of the line Cadillac unit. I told them which one I had ordered and they said that they now couldn't do it on the day I booked off work to stay at home for the install but wanted to me to book another day off two or more weeks later. This is not the service I expected from a company that has been in business 50+ years and I now don't even have a furnace yet and I'll have to book another day off to get it. I am NOT happy to say the least. I went with this company because of their good reputation and the 10 year warranty on a mid priced Amana when others only offered a 5 year warranty. Now I'm not so sure.... I will edit this review if this company makes good on their promise to correct this situation.
