Fabric Arm Chairs

I had to exchange an arm chair due to a defect in one of the legs and Modern Sensibility replaced the chair and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They allowed me to thoroughly inspect the replacement chair before leaving the store.
Customer service is very friendly and easy to deal with.
Some of the their products are great space saving pieces especially made for condos. Would recommend to anyone looking for modern furniture with limited spacing.

Fabric Arm Chairs

I do not recommend this business. Dishonest people and poor quality products.
I purchased a chair that had a loose leg and wobbled, so returned to the store for exchange. I was told that it was probably a loose screw and they would fix it for me, but I insisted that the wobble was noticeable, so they agreed to exchange it for a new one.
They came out with a taped up box 15 minutes later which looked like it had been opened before. They opened the box to allow me to inspect the legs to make sure they're not loose, which I did, and no problems.
I was only able to thoroughly inspect the chair after getting home and removing the protective foam. Wobble-wobble-wobble. After further inspection, I find the felt fabric on the bottom of the chair was torn around the staples right next to the same loose leg of the chair I had returned. It looked like the leg was repaired from the fabric tears around the staples. There was a recognizable scratch (belonging to original defective chair) on bottom of loose leg that confirmed my suspicion. Instead of giving me a new chair, they repaired the old defective one.
Let me just say that there were at least 3 people involved in helping me with the return and exchange. From the two initial sales people for the return to the warehouse person who brought the box out. This company led me to believe i was getting a new chair because they brought it out in a box when I had returned the defective one unboxed. Makes me wonder if this happens on a regular basis where defective products are patched up and resold.
Lastly, if you're deciding to purchase from this company be aware that your receipt will say you must report damages (or defects) within 3 days. Not sure if this means about the quality of the products they sell, but be sure to thoroughly inspect your purchase upon receipt.
