Pro Appliance set up an appointment right away and the senior technician, Matthew, contacted us when he was on his way. Matthew was extremely professional, efficient and honest. He explained that the appliance was clogged with dust and required a new drain pipe. He showed me exactly what was going on and explained that we should clean out the dust every 1 to 2 years or call Pro Appliance to do it.
