Went with High Efficiency after getting quotes for 3 other companies. The prices were all comparable but what sold me on this company was the their sales person, Charton Teng. He walked us through everything in detail. He returned all my calls and texts (and there were many). There were no high pressure tactics. He showed up when he said he would and he paid us a visit post installation to walk us through use of the new equipment and to answer any questions we had. He’s great at what he does and is very personable. I feel confident we made the right decision...plus our house is finally not an oven!
