I had an 8 year old Mitsubishi ductless AC replaced. Reza visited within a couple of days of my call. I had obtained 2 separate quotes and Maple Air was lower by $1000. Once I let Reza know my decision to become their customer, the install took place within a few days at my next availability. The gentlemen were clean and polite and even helped me with changing a lightbulb while they had the ladder. This all during a heat wave that won't quit! I am very happy with the service and the unit! I would recommend Maple Air to anyone.

1.Belyea Bros. sent Zahid to look at my system in January after being without heat the entire fall. He immediately changed one of the 3 pumps and let me know that the system had been installed incorrectly and would need extensive work in order to function the way it was meant to. This temporary change, gave us heat for the winter! He took photos to plan the further repairs and gave me his contact info to text him if I had any problems. 2. Next, David Graeme (the President) called to ask if he could look at the system, free of charge, to assess and plan the future work. He spent the entire morning and gave me a written and detailed contract. 3. Paul and Geo came last week to do the completion of the system. They were punctual, clean and knew what they were doing. The system took two days To configure and install. They had space constrictions as the system is under the basement stairs and there was no complaints! The system looks amazing and works even better! These gentlemen were very pleasant paid attention to detail! I would highly recommend them! When one of the new valves had a slow leak, they came back the next day, first thing and let me know to keep an eye on it. When it was still leaking, another team came back the same day to fix it (Andrew). I have to say that Andrew too was impressed with the job that Paul and Geo had done! Andrew fixed the leak and that was that! Well done everyone! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and my experience with each of them was positive!

The Kitchen and Bath Guys have done quite a bit of work in my home. I would recommend them to everyone. The level of service and care they took of my home and my family were impressive! They were where they said they'd be, when they said they'd be. During the renovations the flow of supplies and work progressed like a well-oiled machine. The Kitchen and Bath Guys are a hard-working team who enjoy their work and it is evident. They were impeccable with their service and meticulous leaving the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day. I trust their knowledge and skill level and have no reservations in recommending them.
