i had a good experience at totem. The store was clean and organized. We found what we were looking for right away. The store was well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the price are quite reasonable. I am happy with the service and the quality of products. The only issue is that because it is a smaller store, I don't always shop here. I prefer a bigger store.

we heard about this company online. We needed someone to fix our furnace. It stopped working. The repairman came an hour and half after we called him. He was friendly and professional. We were happy with the work done. He was quick and efficient. We haven't had any issues with him after he serviced it. We would use them again.
