Michael was very informative and knowledgeable about our window situation. We had a leak and didn’t know if it was from the window or another issue. So glad the situation is all resolved.

I called Sean as we had a mold issue under our bay window that was leaking. After having it replaced I was worried about the mold thinking we needed major work. He came quickly and explained it was only surface mold and how to tell if it had gone deeper. Showed me how to tell if the issue was more serious. He cleaned up the mold and told me there was no need to rip out the drywall. On top of all this he charged me nothing. He was a very nice honest man- hard to find these days but they still exist. Thank you Sean. I will definitely recommend you if anyone is looking for mold removal.
