I requested Mr. Manjur to inspect our first home for 30-day Warranty as he came highly recommended by one of my family member. We found Mr. Manjur to be very informative about housing issues; knowledgeable about house building codes; efficient in finding hidden issues and professional in conducting inspection. For each issue, he explained using the terminologies that we understand and about the consequence if it's not taken care of. The Tarion report was prepared on time. It was very detailed and included pictures for each issue found. We also took the opportunity to ask him questions to improve our electricity and heating efficiency, and he was very helpful in his response. I will definitely recommend Mr. Manjur to any home buyer needing an inspection.
