- hire more staff to attend to estimates faster? but we realize having one of the owner do the estimate and be on site the day of the job is a very personal touch that ensures quality.

We have always prided ourselves on being an "owner involved" company but do realize the shortcomings of doing so means that we are usually booked solid and therefore not quickly available for quotes.
