We needed to get our backyard overhauled and our front area spruced up. I had seen a few videos on social media about Lionscape and decided to contact them in mid February. Mike and Chris came out to Richmond Hill from Mississauga TWICE even before we decided to move forward with them. Throughout the process, they were professional, understanding and very quick to respond to questions. We booked our project with them in early March, and then fixed up a date for start of the project. The project went as planned and to be honest, went above my expectations. These folks were on time, always cleaned up before they left for the day, and when there were any questions on my end, both Mike and Chris were very attentive. We spoke on a regular basis and there was never any pressure for additional work. In fact, they even did something that I was not expecting. That was a total pleasant surprise. The entire crew was also really pleasant to deal with. They explained what they were doing all through the process. However the most important thing for me was the professionalism and the quality of work and people. Absolutely excellent. I have dealt with other contractors in the past, but I must say, this was probably one of the best experiences I have had. I highly recommend Lionscape Contracting. My furnace was 21 years old and was looking to change it as I did not want to go through a winter wondering what if. I started looking at options and got some quotes. My dad then recommended Sandip and Furnace King, as he just got his changed by them in November of 2019. He was very happy with them so I gave them a call. Sandip was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. After discussing needs and going back and forth on options, I decided to give them the job. It was done professionally and quickly. Very well explained after the fact and I am pleased so far with their response time. Sam was great right from the start. During this crazy time we are in, he practiced social distancing yet was still professional. His entire team was pleasant and went above and beyond in doing little things that I was not expecting. I will be using D and B again for another project and 2 of my neighbours have already reached out to them for deck work and backyard refreshes. Thanks Sam!
