I contacted Homeland Garage Doors to repair the spring on my single garage door. I left an email message with my home phone and was contacted ....it seemed within almost minutes. The provided me with a time for a service call that was within one service day. The technician....Dave called before the scheduled appointment and arrived in a timely manner. Dave was congenial and professional from the outset. He assessed the situation and provided a clear plan for repairs...outlining warranty and cost in a clear...non pressured manner. Dave completed the work in a very efficient manner. He ensured that I was satisfied with the completed work. He took all old parts for appropriate disposal. Dave’s work was done in a very efficient way. He explained how to contact him if I had any follow up concerns or questions. Based on Dave’s work I was glad that I had chosen Homeland to complete these repairs. I will surely recommend Homeland and suggest that they ask for Dave to be the service technician.
