I dealt with Louie, at Ottawa Train Yards, for my kitchen appliances 3 years ago and could not be happier with the choice, service and price. This time I bought a washer and dryer but first I did my homework which makes the process so much easier. Concluded the deal at the store and 3 days later the installers set them up. They left with a tip and my wife's fresh cookies. That put a smile on their faces!
