We are repeat customers with P&P and very happy that we chose them again. We did a kitchen and basement renovation, including taking out a support wall in the kitchen. We particularly appreciated how they minimized the impact on us by hanging curtains to keep the dust and debris out of the rest of the house. They managed to keep the existing kitchen functional while they took the wall out and then did the rest of the work so quickly we were only out of a kitchen for week! Also appreciated how they were able to accommodate some of the add-ons we asked for like re-doing the stairs and laundry hook-ups. We did have a little problem in the basement we had to call them back to fix, but they took care of it and replaced everything as needed.

We had 6 windows replaced on the main floor of the a bungalow. Interactions with the sales rep were good and the windows themselves seem fine, but the installation is another story. There are huge gaps between the window frame and the wall and no caulking at all. Sure enough on a cold and windy I could feel drafts coming in through the gaps. A Brock maintenance person came to look at it and agreed that the window frames were not nailed down well and that there should be caulking on the bottom and sides. Apparently the installers were just mailing it in that day. That was three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to schedule a date to come and fix the problem. Meanwhile winter is coming. More concerning is that if the installers were sloppy on the things that someone like myself (with no expertise in windows) could notice, whose to say they weren't as sloppy on every other part of the installation as well? So I cannot at this time recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

We had an old tub with a few chips, some spots of rust, and permanent stains from where there used to be shower doors. Dr Tubs was very responsive and easy to work with. The reglazing only took a few hours and the tub looks brand new! The no-slip surface is great for the kids. Very happy with the result.

Hi Aaron, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write this and thank you for using our reglazing services to refinish your bathtub. I'm glad to hear that we were responsive and easy to work with and that it only took a few hours to make your tub look brand new. Great choice going with the no-slip surface when you have children using the tub. Enjoy and be well. Sincerely, Dr. Tubs Reglazing & Liners

P & P recently finished some renovation work on our basement: walls, ceilings, insulation, electrical. We're really happy with the work of Rafael and his team. They arrived early every day and always kept us appraised of the progress and schedule. The original timeline was 3 weeks, which they met even though we added a few extras along the way. They went the extra mile, raising the level of a support beam when I started hitting my head on it and fixing some possibly unrelated electrical issues upstairs in the kitchen. The basement looks great now and is much warmer and we would definitely use P&P again in the future.
