We had a great experience with Home Improvement People overall: from the initial meetings with Elia, to the design with Charlotte and the construction with Steve, Mario and Marcus. We appreciated their advice of using an architect pior of giving an estimate, it permitted to get more clarity on the scope of the project and avoid surprises. We created a brand new bathroom, renovated the living room and master bedroom, refinished the basement, among other things. Charlotte understood our vision and provided great guidance and advices at every stages. Steve, Mario and Marcus went above and beyond to deliver the project in time, always willing to try atypical ideas and finding solutions when needed.

Aiad and his crew did a fantastic job on our house. We have a very old house, so it needed a lot of work to fix all wonky things to make it look brand new. They team worked from 7am to 7pm every day for one week to complete the work. From the old siding removal, to the last touch up and cleanup, we could feel that Aiad treated our home as his own, without cutting corners. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very responsive to address all our questions and concerns (and we had a lot!). Our house now looks beautiful and we love the colors.
