On being a relative new comer to Cobourg from Northern Ontario, we have always felt more comfortable dealing with a local business. So after a little research, we chose Moffatt Bros. We were impressed from the first meeting, where Chris was very helpful without attempting to oversell his product and returned with example option for us to research. When the operation began all the workers were very friendly and worked diligently all day and returned the next day to complete the contract. I, as well as, all the neighbours were amazed after the first day at how neat the property was left before they left. One neighbour actually asked if they had been there? During this era of normally poor contract work on houses, my wife and I are very appreciative with the high class Moffatt operation. Well done! P.S. I still cannot get over the chap going all around the house with his "Magnetic Lawn Mover" to ensure any roofing nails would be picked up.
