Our family just moved in to a new house where the façade needed some fixes due to water damage in the window frames. The wood was rotting and peeling, and the fake semi-circle window was gathering water and leaking into the window casing cause it to rot on the inside as well. We contacted 5 different companies for estimates, and they came out to asses the work. Of all 5, BVB were by far the most professional, detailed and well-priced. The communication was clear, concise and did not leave us guessing about the details of the job. The quality of the work itself was exceptionally high, and made us feel that our investment in this job was well worth it. They always assured us that if something was to go wrong or any mistakes happen that they will be more than happy to fix it, because their number one goal is customer satisfaction. And it happened, when we chose the paint for the stucco work, it turned out to be too light, and they agreed and came back the next day with a better tone and repainted the trim. They're also very clean, these types of projects can cause quite the mess, but they always cleaned up and left no mess behind them. We are super satisfied with the work, and impressed with their communication skills, their cleanliness, and their honesty. We will certainly be working with them again on other projects and we will be referring them to anyone in our circle who needs their service. Thank you BVB.
