Brock's triple pane windows are excellent quality. Price was the best compared to the double pane quotes i received from 3 homestar recommendations. Michelle the salesperson was very professional and honest. Elchin and his installation team worked very hard to install the large windows I chose. Some minor scuff marks but seeing how difficult the installation was (large heavy windows and tearing down sections of wall), it is expected. I ordered the black colour but was told there would be a delay for at least 3 months. Having read recent reviews of how they were unresponsive and delays kept extending, I contemplated canceling the order. However, I changed the colour to anthracite gray (which I was indifferent with), the windows were manufactured quickly.

This was our second time hiring Monaco Interiors. We knew we could trust Revi and Steven to provide quality service. We wanted renos to be done to two bathrooms and they were very flexible to meet our needs. They completed earlier than I expected and managed the construction to have minimal impact to our lives. Can always count on them!

Replaced with new shingle roof. Jason came by and explained their products/services and then provided a detailed quote. The price was reasonable as they included ridge vents, full underlayment, drip edge, etc. The work was done quickly with a full team and cleaned the property. Overall very efficient and professional. Price is reasonable for the quality as promised.

Found the company through great reviews and eavestrough company servicing the downtown area. I requested for removal of a downpipe (since it was going into the ground) and reposition elsewhere. Tip Top Trough quoted exactly for the work I requested for and provided a detailed quote. The workers came and did the job quick and looks great.

After purchasing our house we knew we wanted to complete some renovations in multiple areas of the house on a strict timeline. This included a new powder room, new kitchen, painting, renovate bathroom and new laundry room. Revi and her team showed up to meet us and was well organized and professional. After meeting with other companies we decided to go with Monaco Interiors. We encountered some water leak issues (due to issues prior) and Revi showed up immediately and reassured us not to worry as her team had it under control. The problem was fixed immediately and she was very responsive. Both Revi and Steven are professional and honest people and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We love our new home thanks to Monaco Interiors.

Highly recommend Brendan and his professionalism. He came out to discuss the options with me and he installed LED strip lighting in four closets. He was very flexible with my timing requests during the holidays. Would definitely consider this company again for future projects such as outdoor lighting.
