We are first time homebuyers and not really sure what to expect from our Home Inspection. We hired James to go through it for us and he was awesome! He was very thorough with the inspection but was also friendly and patient when we asked lots of questions. He did a great job pointing out problems and explained ways for us to deal with them. He was also a great teacher and taught us the important parts of caring for our home and keeping it safe. The report he gave us was excellent and we will certainly use it down the road. If you need a home inspection - James is the person to call!
