Long story short, I caught a whiff of gas in the basement. Nothing major but enough to catch my attention. Called Enbridge emergency services. Tech detected gas leak in the basement at a shut off valve. Whole house pressure test also showed a slow leak. Had to shut off gas to the house. This is on a Friday evening. Not good as most of the stuff in my house runs off gas. Hunted around for gas repair company online. Most calls ended with voicemail. Came across Comfort Masters. Live person! It was Brian. I asked if he could arrange for service next day first thing. Got a response back from Brian with confirmation that Sean would be there in the morning. Wow! So far so good. Next morning Sean arrives. I go over symptoms and do the walk about. ‘Walked’ with Sean during repairs where appropriate and when all was said and done house was tested gas-tight and back online. Sean was thorough, professional, did a great job and was a good guy to boot. Brian came through on getting me back up and running in short order. I was also provided information on an HRV system and tankless water heater solution. Grant it those are extra spend items but it’s the thought leadership that counts. Bravo guys. Would recommend to anyone.
