I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with Waterguard. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael and his crew. They put me completely at ease and I was comfortable having them in my home. I'm a single senior and can be wary of the various trades, having lived in my house for 37 years. I found everyone to be so kind and helpful, even with the language barrier. Michael was very easy to work with and was fair with me. I had a separate issue with a shower head and Michael got in touch with a plumber who problem solved with me over the phone. I was so grateful. I would highly recommend Michael and his crew. My toilets have never flushed better :))

Alex was terrific!!! Every time I turned on the shower, I had rust coming out for a couple of seconds. This went on for years. I thought it was a pipe behind the tiles. He problem solved with me on the phone. Turned out it was the shower head. Can't thank him enough! Rhonda P
