Excellent carpet buying experience. Our second time, actually. Now with a new owner since our last experience 5 years ago and it's the same great service. very knowledgeable and helpful. No sales tactics or pressure. Pricing was excellent, install was timely. Install crew was clean and professional and did a very nice job.
