Architectural plans and building permit process
We hired David to develop architectural drawings for our new back deck and help us steer our way through the City of Toronto's Building Permit and Committee of Adjustment process. Throughout the entire process, David was proactive, creative, thorough and always there to answer our myriad of questions. He really knows what he's doing, and helps take the stress out of the process.

It’s not every day that challenges like yours come along, so it was nice to be able to contribute to a solution. At the end of the day I am very happy that we were able to save the existing structure and right things with the City. It’s nice to know that the entire process has been completed now and that all there is left to do is enjoy the deck space you fought so hard to maintain.
