My 92 yr old mom was duped into signing a 5 yr contract with Simply Smart! She just sold her house to move into a retirement home & the buyer read all the bad reviews on Simply Smart & asked that the Nest thermostat be removed & contract broken. They charged my mom $1,100.00 to break her “5 year contract”! I feel that she was completely taken advantage of.
