Late night came home and hot water tank was flooding my basement. Called 2 others and no one picked up. Got Plumbers Direct and they came right over. Fixed everything up nicely (had to come back the next day with the new tank) at a reasonable price. I was really happy with the service and really appreciated the explanations as to why tanks bust and when they should be replaced and all that. Overall great experience, I would highly recommend Peter.

I asked Plumber's Direct to do a few jobs for me including hooking up my dishwasher and setting up the plumbing for an outdoor sprinkler system. Everything went as it should. They came when they said they would, they did the work efficiently and cleaned up nicely after themselves. The staff guy was very friendly and respectful. The price was fair and what was agreed to. This is probably the 5th time I've used these guys and I've always had good experiences. I can't recommend them enough.
