Canadian Appliance Source was the only store that allowed me to talk with a "LIVE" agent (George Spasioti) who could answer questions about delivery during Covid19 lockdown in Toronto. CAS matched (and actually gave me me $20 off the LG washer & dryer price. CAS delivered exactly when they said they would. Clear instructions about disconnecting the washer & dryer so that they were ready to be hauled away. " White Glove" delivery service technicians were amazing! They had to remove the pump from my screen door and the 2 guys very efficiently finished hookup and testing in 20 minutes before they left.

The estimate was done carefully with lots of explanations by the vendor of the extra work needing to be done to remove the old door (commercial door that was set in concrete). The demolition and installation was done in one day day by a husband & wife team, who worked well together. You could tell they had decades of experience because they worked so efficiently. However, the storm door and finishing of trims required a second day. But because the 2-person team was already scheduled for other jobs, it took them 2 weeks to return to finish. I am totally satisfied with both the price and workmanship. My house feels snug now and is much quieter now. Thank you for an excellent job, Total Home Windows and Doors. Excellent job. GARAGE: Brian's team chiseled off all loose parging from bottom rows of cement blocks, infilled large cavities with screeding, cleaned the exposed area with Muriatic acid. Then they parged the area with Portland cement fortified with tile grout. OLD EAST YORK BUNGALOW : Replaced five deteriorated bricks [damage due to bad eavestrough] and tuck-pointed on the east wall and north walls. All the work was finished quickly, expertly & on budget.
