Tristan inspected a property that I intended to buy. His work is thorough and comprehensive. He identified a lot of issues that I could not possibly know. Most importantly, Tristan found out water leak in the main bathroom. At the end I didn't buy the property, avoided a dangerous investment based on Tristan's findings. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a serious home inspection!
