They showed up late when the elevator had been booked. Demanded payment before starting. Delayed the move to make more money. Over charged and claimed they had to move a sofa when there was none. When we got to a storage facility they held my property ransom in the truck until I paid them. When I paid them the money that we had agreed on they wanted more. Once they got the money the truck was unloaded so fast unlike when it was loaded. I could not see what was left in the truck that they drove away with because I was not allowed. In the end many of my things were missing and damaged.

Brandon was a pleasure to deal with. I did not have to wait to reach him. The job was handled with professional courtesy and expertise.
