Scotty is my go-to guy for all things electrical. He's reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful. And he's interesting too. Scotty has done numerous projects in my home and he's never ever had to come back and fix something not done right. He shows up when he says he will and does a great job. I am so happy ! Having a certified electrician is also beneficial - I am confident with ESA certification. You can trust Scotty, simple as that.

The worst service I've ever experienced - and this is my 6th house. Invoice was higher than quoted amount. Didn't show up when scheduled. Lost my reservation, lost my color selection, put their sign on my lawn - after the job - without asking permission. My neighbor complained about how they disposed of waste on his property. Won't return phone calls. They tell me they threw out ALL of the left over shingles & scraps not leaving a single sample for the homeowner - and I paid for these shingles. Nor would they give me one. I had no trouble at all getting one from the manufacturer. Great service from BP. None from this roofer. The best measure of a company's service is their follow-up. King St. provides none. My impression is they don't really care about their customers.

Scotty is thorough, reliable, honest - he'll make sure your wiring is safe & secure. While his schedule may be busy - with good reason, he returns phone calls promptly and deals with emergencies as fast as he can. Very trustworthy & friendly too. How can you not but like an electrician who is also a jazz musician??? It seems current can be both a career and a passion... He is also fair with respect to time spent on any job.
