Just had the most efficient visit ever!! My GE top load washing machine just broke down last night, and after a quick call, Oleg came over the next day and fixed my washer within a ten minutes! The timer knob was broken and replaced with a new part right on spot. He not only fixed the problem, he explained what the causes of the problem was and how to avoid any future damages.
