Rick and team are honest and hardworking - unlike all of the other companies out there, if there is no work to do they will let you know immediately and send you off with a handshake and a smile. Would recommend to anyone. Our case: We moved to our new house 3 years ago and last year we asked one of the Big Companies to winterize our sprinkler system. $150 and 5 minutes later they were done. Fast forward 8 months, It was now time to open the system for the season and to my surprise, the system had no pressure, the valves started filling with water and water started to accumulate besides my foundation. For some strange reason the Big Company was calling me to see if I needed help opening the system so I became suspicious and called Rick at Urban Sprinklers. He was at my house the next day and immediately spotted how the other Company was trying to screw us. A couple of tweaks here and there, some advice for the future and the system was up and running in 10 minutes. Rick and team charged us ZERO for the visit, Zero for the help and Zero for the advice.
