Our house is about 17 years old now, and the builder-installed basic furnace was on its last legs. We have been getting regular service from Francis Home Environment / Service Experts for as long as we've owned either of our houses and this is exactly why - The technician who came out to diagnose our recent issue was honest, he knew what the problem was, he laid it out for us in terms of cost and lifespan of parts, and when we decided to replace the furnace, he waived the onsite service fee. The salesman (Tim) who showed up went through a variety of options based on our requirements and their available offerings, explained the rebates and helped us come to our decision. This morning the two furnace installers (Zack & Kyle) showed up promptly, were incredibly friendly, and even more efficient. They took care to make sure that the property (walls/floors/etc) stayed clean and did not get damaged, they installed new piping along with the new hardware, tested and reviewed everything with me. Easy 10/10, and I highly recommend you give them a call!
